The senior men’s football team of the club competes in the Australian Football League where they’re nicknamed the Power. Meanwhile, the reserves’ men’s football team competes in the South Australian National Football League where they’re nicknamed the Magpies. The club’s unrivalled record of 36 SANFL titles and 4 Championship of Australia, plus a 2004 AFL Premiership, dates back to its founding. Since 2022, the club has fielded a Women’s Team that competes in the AFL Women’s League (AFLW).
